Hi everyone! It's @LivingUKTaiwan here with the weekend edition of the #TravelDigest. Ten more editions till our 1000th Travel Digest!!! It's getting so exciting, I wish I can tell you more about how we plan to celebrate with everyone, but we go to wait just a little bit longer. Faith is the horse-whisperer of the family; If there is a horse within ten kilometres of her she knows and will find it, and they love her. She was very excited to see the Dartmoor Pony's and still remembers the experience fondly. It's kind of cute to see her around horses, she really loves them.

🥈 Gandhiji was born in this house on this day by @sanjeevm
I admire Gandhiji a lot because of his simplicity of living and giving up everything for a greater cause. Of course that is why he is the Father of the Nation, but unfortunately very few honor or practice these ethics any more. His parents seemed to be rich definitely, as there would be barely few others who could build a three floor building in 1869, now consisting 22 rooms. Of course the room size are not big as we have today, but may be that was the trend during that time.

Something that I enjoyed very much during my stay in this city was the tranquility transmitted by its people, its streets, its landscapes. It was nothing like the cities I had known before, but it had a particular charm that captivated my heart.
