Yes, I have noticed the same similarities on your posts too. Can't say I am a fan of sand either, but sometimes it is worth it just for the walk alongside the ocean.
He isn't an architect, he just likes to design and build houses. His bread and butter busines "back then" was actually compressed air, but he used that as the starting block to build a property portfolio.

Totally, it's a nice thing to do. I love me a sunset too, you know? And the best thing about sand? The shower one takes to wash it off. Lol

I've spent a fair amount of time being a property developer - Small to medium sized developments 5-50 properties. Of course, I've been in the industry for 20 years. I always admire a person who gets out and makes something happen. Your father clearly did. You did too...Hmm, funny that.
Anyway, I'll have nightmares about sand now. Your fault. Totally.
hahaha... am with you on the sand in the car thing. I am completely OCD, so that REALLY would not work for me.
Yeah, all four of us ended up working for ourselves... suppose the entrepreneurial thing was drummed into us from a young age lol
