I'm sorry for this one! I used schedule post for my last post and the post never got uploaded. so I thought it was just a calendar thing as a reminder. I prepared my latest post that way and then returned it to draft to add an extra banner at the end and it turned out it was already posted. I ended up with two of the same post and I have no idea what to do other than just delete whatever I had on one of them.

Apologies and I'll be more careful with the scheduled posts or not use them from now on I guess and just use drafts.

Shit happens dude, it's fineee. You're learning how to use the new tools.
So it's quite understandable that some mishaps might happen.

The post that you intended to publish is so good that it wouldn´t hurt to have it twice in my feed ;) Take it easy, this has happened to most of us...

You are welcome :) Btw how do you keep in such an amazing shape? I guess gyms are closed in Thailand so you do some street workout / calisthenics?

Oh everything is opened in Thailand but I have my own home gym. I'm also a fitness and basketball conditioning coach so I better keep in shape.. 😅 I do a lot of calisthenics as well too.

Ah, I didn´t know, I thought Thailand is in a lockdown too. I mean the country was even completely closed to foreigners at some point. Good for you that you are back to normal life and good for you that you have your own gym, wow, that´s my dream :) Not compatible with my nomadic lifestyle though, a gym is hard to move :D That´s why I always find a spot to work out wherever we are... Been lucky here in Krakow where I found this :)

Oh the country is still locked out for tourists. That is what has given us a some more 'normal' time. Haven't had a big lockdown or super hard measures but people are generally cautious. Schools closed down a few times and bars and restaurants around central Bangkok for a month awhile back.
Otherwise there is nothing better than a good outdoor gym. Miss that from Bulgaria - we have one literally everywhere. Tought to train here though.. way too hot and humid so I prefer indoors. That gym looks pretty nice! As long as it has bars I'm sold! :)

Ah, ok, makes sense now...

Oh yeah, I know these oldschool outdoor gyms are very popular in Balkan, Ukraine and Russia :) Actually I was more into classic calisthenics and bars before but now, after working out at this place with pretty much regular gym machines (but in the fresh air and for free of course :D) for about half a year already, I am starting to like it more. Always exciting when you manage to lift a bit more than a week or two ago... I think my benchpress max is currently around 130 kg, which is definitely my highest ever :) Anyway, good to talk to you man. Cheers and have a great weekend!
