Muy buenas a todos en hive y a la comunidad hiveyoubeenhere hoy quiero hablarles de uno de mis bar/restaurant favoritos en la ciudad autónoma de buenos aires, un espacio que uso para premiarme con su deliciosa comida.

Siendo el primer bar/restaurant en la ciudad de buenos aires (C.A.B.A) dedicado a cocinar comida asiática como los dumpling, baos y buns, con 10 variedades de cervezas artesanales para nuestro deleite, la primera vez que fui, me encontraba en compañia con 2 de mis mejores amigos que tengo desde mi tiempo en Venezuela, los gemelos Daniel y Douglas adivinen quien es quien? xD.

Being the first bar/restaurant in the city of buenos aires (C.A.B.A) dedicated to cook asian food like dumpling, baos and buns, with 10 varieties of craft beers for our delight, the first time I went, I was in the company of 2 of my best friends I have since my time in Venezuela, the twins Daniel and Douglas guess who is who? xD.

Los cuales me hablaron de este restaurante, ya que desde Venezuela siempre quise probar la comida japonesa, pero no el típico y popular sushi, quería probar un buen tazón de ramen, una sopa a base de fideos, con caldo (con base de hueso de pollo o cerdo) servido con diferentes guarniciones entre verdura, huevo y carne.

They told me about this restaurant, because since Venezuela I always wanted to try Japanese food, but not the typical and popular sushi, I wanted to try a good bowl of ramen, a noodle-based soup with broth (based on chicken or pork bone) served with different garnishes between vegetables, eggs and meat.

El bar tiene un ambiente bastante acogedor, con mesas tanto en el exterior como el interior, cuyo color rojo y luces cálidas dan un espacio cómodo, llamativo y a la ves intimo, pero su mayor característica, es el techo dedicado a diferentes series de manga y anime, cosa que fue un plus, ya que soy fanático de estos géneros y por ellos mi razón y enorme curiosidad por la comida japonesa y el tan famoso ramen que es tan popular y prácticamente en todas las historias ambientadas en Japón.

The bar has a very cosy atmosphere, with tables both outside and inside, whose red colour and warm lights give a comfortable, striking and intimate space, but its main feature is the ceiling dedicated to different manga and anime series, which was a plus, as I am a fan of these genres and because of them my reason and enormous curiosity for Japanese food and the so famous ramen that is so popular and practically in all the stories set in Japan.

El restaurante tiene un menú bastante variado donde podemos pedir diversos tipos de platos, tanto tradicionales como algunos más actualizados al paladar y dietas de todos los tipos, como los platos especializados al gusto vegano.

The restaurant has a varied menu where we can order different types of dishes, both traditional and some more updated to the palate and diets of all types, such as specialised dishes for vegan tastes.

Realmente es un excelente espacio para ir en compañía como solo, la atención es de diez pero suele ser bastante concurrido, sobre todo en horarios de la tarde por sus promociones de almuerzos y cenas tempranas, recomendado al 100% si estás de paseo por la ciudad y la ventaja es que cuenta con varias sede por lo que siempre tendrás la oportunidad de no perderte la experiencia.

It really is an excellent place to go in company or alone, the service is ten but it is usually quite crowded, especially in the afternoon for their promotions for lunch and early dinners, 100% recommended if you are out and about in the city and the advantage is that it has several venues so you always have the opportunity to not miss the experience.
