A trip with the steepest funicular railway in the world

I hope you are all well and have a beautiful week, for today we are going to Stoss in Switzerland with the world' most steepest day ticket, all photos were shot on this weekend with a wonderful weather. A funicular railway runs between Schwyz and Stoos, which can climb 110 percent inclines.

The Holiday Village Stoos is located on the sunny high plateau at 1300 m, embedded in a charming alpine landscape at the foot of the Fronalpstock.

Arrived at the station Schwyz- it is very easy to get up with the cabins of the steepest funicular in the world, quickly about in 5 minutes, standing on a horizontal surface we are up to 743 meters.

Those who want to enjoy the panoramic experience can also hike on the ridge path from Klingenstock to Fronalpstock. The ridge path keeps what its name promises, on the lower left, Lake Lucerne lies vertically, and on the right, the view falls down into the Muota Valley.

Travelling by car near Lucerne, take the A14 in the direction Zug then of Schwyz in the direction of Muotathal. The valley station is located directly on the road. Then you can taketake the mountain railroad from Schwyz to the car-free mountain village of Stoos.

On the top, a breath-taking view of over 10 lakes and many mountain peaks of Switzerland is waiting for us. Amazing!
