Hi everyone :)

Today i present another compilation of interesting places to visit in Portugal.
From what i've seen in some of the posts i come across here on Hive, many people have already visited Portugal and some of them liked what they saw so much that they even stayed here to live, some stayed for brief seasons and others even settled in to stay.
So why not gather some of the places i have visited and share them here in small compilations?
We have already seen some landscapes and beaches and today we are going to take a walk through some parks, these places designed to provide moments of leisure and tranquility.
We will stay in the north of the country and we will visit the Biological Park of Gaia in Vila Nova de Gaia, the Bom Jesus Park in Braga and the Serralves Foundation Park in Porto.
The shared photos aim to lift just a little the veil over what awaits you;)
Starting with the Biological Park of Gaia, a small protected nature reserve with an area of approximately 50 hectares that we can find the first permanent center for Environmental Education in Portugal, is located along the river Febros valley in Vila Nova de Gaia - Portugal.
Its creation has as main objective the understanding of the landscape of the region, including all its components (rural architecture, climate, flora, fauna, uses and customs, hydrography, etc.), and the contrast between this agroforestry landscape and the urban environment .

From here we go further north where we can find the Bom Jesus Park, located at the back of the building with a wall that surrounds it, limiting the area of the sanctuary, inserted in the forest with a diverse rarities of vegetation full of small and narrow paths that run through various caves, lakes and viewpoints.
Being one of the fundamental elements of human life, the water element is fundamental in this space.

Now we return to the city of Porto in time to visit Serralves Park, a space that extends over 18 hectares between formal gardens, woods and a traditional farm linked by circuits with different paths along which it is possible to appreciate the diversity of its tree and shrub heritage.

The descriptions are all very synthetic, but if you are curious, visit the links I shared above where you can see in much more detail and even read about historical facts associated with these places.
That´s all for today :)

See you soon
Thank you for watching :)
