I certainly was not expecting it, but the pending birth of my great-granddaughter, Wynter Rosa, is an early gift for somebody like me who is only 58 years old! When my granddaughter broke the news to me in January at her birthday celebration with her boyfriend. I was momentarily shocked and not prepared for the news. It shouldn't have surprised me because they have been together for a couple of years now. They seem to love each other and are serious about staying together and getting married eventually. My granddaughter is 20 years old and 20 is still a tender age to have a child, yet I relate to her experiences. I had her mother at 19. Her mother delivered her at 20. This apple isn't falling far from the tree.
Sunday was her baby shower and it was a fun time. She received a lot of nice things for the baby. My granddaughter is a lovely young woman with a very good heart. I'm so excited to meet the next generation in August.
If this isn't a gift, I don't know what is.

Thank you 💕. I definitely had to place that info in my head lol. I imagined being retired and older before that happened, but considering her age, I shouldn't have been too surprised.
