It's Your Salad

Life is like a salad. You can make it whichever way you like; head lettuce, sprouts, ham, carrots, eggs, croutons, cucumbers, onions, radish, spinach, cranberries or tomatoes, just add ingredients.

Maybe you want just avocado and spring mix. Leave out the eggs and add peppers. It's your menu and your budget.

What you put in changes the flavor and nutritional benefits.

Sleep, exercise, music, socialization or isolation. You decide. Education or experience, relationships or monogamy; everything you choose becomes a part of you.

Too much of one item in a salad might make it boring. Add more ingredients or switch a few and see what happens when you take a bite. Like it? Repeat. Hate it, learn from it.

The recipe you concoct is yours. So is the results.

Add dressing to make it more savory or sweet. Share the experience and discover diversity. Maybe your salad needs to marinate. Life is like that. Try the same combination a year from now and maybe your tastes will change and what you once hated now you'll love.

The best thing about salad and life is you can have do overs. Now eat and enjoy.

Why is it I am now craving a salad? Mixed greens, sunflower sprouts, raspberries, English walnuts, 6 black olives, sweet peppers, spring onion, sesame seeds, fresh black pepper, olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

Yes, that would do fine!

Could I possibly find this in Karawaci tonight???

Hmmm I am not sure you can having never had a chance to go there. Thank you for reading and if you can't get it there perhaps you will visit Pennsylvania because I know I can whip that up ❤!
