5 minutes is just not long enough. As soon as I read the prompt I have a 500+ word story in my head and I can only get about 200 words down in the 5 minutes. Felt.buzz mentioned keeping going and I had been too focused on the 5 minutes that I had neglected to just keep writing the story. This way feels much better and more comfortable way to get the story out.
I can imagine that. At times it's disturbing to cut off the story or end it in some way it's satisfying.
