He gave his hope to me
But it got shattered
Kept it with people he called friends
But it didn't last to the end.

So went he to his loved ones
People who really loved him once
Hoping to get help from them
And they heard but never told him when.
So yes, the hope goes shattered again.

I am here He said
Cast your cares upon me
I got your lost HOPE
Put all your trust on me
And always I'll be there for you.

Even when men fail
I'll be there for you
When parents rebuke and reproach
I'll bring the peace
And again bring that HOPE.

That hope of Success
Hope of money
Hope of marriage
Hope of living
Hope for a better future
Hope of whatsoever
I'm here.
I am ME,
I've been there all the TIME

I am here for you.
I am HOPE
Call me HOPE
