I have written thousands of articles for years (9 years), I have opened and closed blogs and I have never regretted it. First of all, by sharing what I learned and know with people, I both provided my own inner peace and made important contributions to my life.
Writing, yes, even if it is a laborious activity, I love to write. Because I owe my success to the articles I wrote in the virtual world.

Writing was not enough, I also learned coding. It would be a lie if I say that it is easier for me to deal with machines and computers than with people.

Writing also helps us to express many things that we cannot easily express with words. People who write about stressful or emotionally challenging events get over the traumatic effects of bad events much more easily.

Apart from its benefits for the mind and psychology, writing is also beneficial physically. Writing about negative events helps to solve unexplained events, and therefore helps to relieve stress. As stress decreases, physical discomforts (neck, spine pain, skin wounds, etc.) caused by stress in the body decrease.
