The bird nest is my house, and I tell this because today, which is Mother's Day, I was doing my normal activities when suddenly I heard a noise on my balcony, a bird squawk! Then I looked out to see what it was all about and It turns out that it was a wild parakeet that was on my balcony.

So what I did was give him some food and water, and he happily (after a few gentle pecks) accepted.

Now it is something very curious, because these wild parakeets do not usually let human beings approach them, and the situation is more unique because my mother died many years ago and now I find this surprise.

The situation is unique because I had a nickname for my mother, which is "Loreta" and now this parakeet appears out of nowhere and stays with me.

It is right now in my room while I write this post.

Life is full of oddities, and sometimes it gets very amazing.

And by chance I find that today's theme is "bird nest" so this is already a sign for me that my holy mother came to visit me, and to remind me that she is accompanying me and always with me.

Which moves me a lot and I do not deny that my eyes are watering, but with joy and love.

Thank you for making this unexpected visit, Mommy! I know that you are always with me and as I told you on your deathbed: I will never forget you! I always carry you in my heart!
