From afar you could see the sign that said "Sunflower", it was the heading on a painting of the plant that looked masterful and beautiful, inviting anyone who wanted to enter.
It was the local nursery, where one could sit down to enjoy a delicious coffee, and witness all the sunflower fields that surrounded the site, which was much appreciated and known for its beauty. People visit it at any time of the day, it was very famous for its divine desserts, all served on plates decorated with beautiful flowers that adorned the whole place and made the stay a very pleasant experience.
The place was run by Maria, who was known as Maria Girasol, a nickname affectionately given by the locals, for demonstrating their passion for sunflowers.
I love to see the site, every time I pass from public transport I look at it, and I like to see how people enjoy talking, reading or just having a coffee.
Café Girasol is a good place to be and talk, which will always have a special place for me.
It is the coffee of my dreams, because it only lives in my mind.
