This is my post for #freewriters Monday prompt bird's nest hosted by @mariannewest

My husband was standing by my plants looking like he was hunting for something. I was on the other side of the yard watching him and I had to go see what he was looking for. He says listen, I hear chirping, something is either wanting to be fed or something is getting eaten.
I have a lighter-knot tree stump and on it, I hung old jugs and tea pitchers.

My husband kept searching until he found it.

Inside this old jug, there's a birds nest with four little baby birds chirping

I did not want to disturb them by moving the jug to get a picture so this is the best one I could get.
