3-Part Weekend Freewrite - 5/8/2021

Luisana had gone out to do the shopping to celebrate Mother's Day, she would buy some Scottish wines to toast and the ingredients for a special meal, the mothers would not participate in the preparation of the food, it would be prepared by young women and non-mothers as we had agreed.

We were back in her kitchen, having lunch, as she had suggested, but we did not find Luisana, she was out and we did not want to refer to what we had agreed. We waited for her and we got together and finally we finalized everything regarding the Mother's Day celebration, Luisana already had everything prepared and took out her huge list, where she included the menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner to entertain the mothers on their day.

He didn't come from Athens, she continued, but his brother lives here, said Luisana in reference to her special friend who would also attend the mothers' celebration, he was a very handsome and interesting man, Luisana's cousin made a joking gesture insinuating that soon there would be a wedding. Luisana blushed and gave her a fit of laughter, she did not stop laughing, her face reflected happiness, changing the conversation the friend proposed and offered to give the mothers a nice gift.

Luisana and her cousins continued talking with that handsome man, it was already midnight and Efrain, Luisana's friend, could not go home because it started to rain, the road was very congested by the rain, it was a torrential downpour and very strong, they decided to make a hot chocolate to continue the evening and wait for the rain to stop to say goodbye to Efrain. The important thing was that they had taken the opportunity to finish planning the celebration of Mother's Day, which in a few hours would begin with the first menu, breakfast.
