Writing help

A free app: Grammarly. A lot of us are not native English speakers and I am finding it a helpful app. It will underline spelling and grammar mistakes. Just remember that is is not always right -especially if you use complex sentence structures. Here is the link
Remember The Most Dangerous Writing App. You set the time - 5 min - and start typing. Don’t stop!!! It will destroy what you wrote if you stop for more than 3 seconds - and backspace does not count as writing on the app. If you are prone to stop and think - this app forces you to keep going. You can make corrections after the 5 minutes are over.
A timer. Egg timer is a free tool you can use on your desktop to set a time. This is useful for our freewrites or if you want to work in blocks of time and then take a break. Here is the link

Peter's mother was tired of him, not only did he spend all day asleep or yawning.

His relatives called them laziness, and this was quite accurate, for not only was he a slacker to the core, but he didn't like to work either.

Annoyed by the situation, Teresa his mother, asked an acquaintance, the possibility of giving Pedro some work.

Willing to help, the man agreed.

Knowing the young man's expertise, he assigned him a job suitable for his situation.

The only thing he would do was test mattresses in the mall, that is, all he had to do was lie on them all day, so customers would see that the mattresses being sold were comfortable and they would sell.

Upon accepting the deal, Pedro asked what the work schedule would be like.

The employer told him: "Well son, the hours will be from 7:00am to 8:00pm and it will be Monday through Saturday.

Pedro was indignant with the employer, so he returned home upset.

When his mother asked him why he had not accepted the job, his answer was: "Mom, they didn't want to give me the job:

-Mom, they didn't want to give me a day off to rest-!
