In a conversation with my daughter, she stated her company
stopped all employee airline travel until further notice
to reduce costs and avoid layoffs.
She stated, "great for our company;
not so with the already hurting airline industry."

This is so the world now! The fact that many people are getting their job taking from them due to the covid creep is very sad
Yes, it is @brittandjosie. It's a double edged sword. Her company decreased the business travel which affected another industry, but at least it's doing all it can to keep from laying off employees. They even asked the employees to take a 10% cut in pay. Of course, this was a no-brainer as the choice between that and layoff was an easy decision to make.
