Anything to make you happy. ❤️🌹

I think that's basically my mutual relationship with my children. They love to make me happy. And vice versa, I love to make them happy. Not going to take about my spouse because THAT will lead to another love journey. Haha.

However, I do not mean those people-pleasing fake treatment kind of making people happy. Just the down-to-earth basic relationship, you want to see people happy, that kind. My English description is limited, so pardon me if I do not write well on this.

This morning, the boys were asking for Feench toast. Usually, our breakfast was simple food like cheese toast or peanut butter sandwich. BUT, I love the see happy smiling faces, so I decided to makw French toast. More work than usual but not difficult at all.

My French toast is the super easy type, I learned from my mum. 3 eggs for 3 slices of bread. Whisk the eggs with desirable amount of sugar. I used 1 tablespoon for 3eggs. Cut the bread into quarter slices for easy eating, also then the egg mixture can easily absorbed into the bread, this way, the French toast is tastier. Soak the slices of bread into the egg mixture.

In a pan, heat up butter, pan fry all the bread slices, both sides till brown. Then they are ready! Very yummy!
