Just do it!

This is the famous phrase, started by Nike, then used generally by people to encourage people who need inspiration to start something.

Just do it!

You can do it!

Can sound easy to some, but can really slow down some people, if not paralysing them, into taking appropriate action to start something. Usually, they are already fear-stricken or have their own setbacks and hence they did not do anything. Everyone need inspiration of somesort in our daily life. But what if inspiration is no where to he found?

Recently, I had come across few news in my country of people committing suicide, not because they are mentally crazy, but.... I also don't know why. When being described by loved ones, these people portrayed a very positive outlook, outgoing, likeable by people. But deep inside, they lack the inspiration to continue the life. This makes me think deeper.

I know we all face challenges in life, more so now during the pandemic where everyone is hit by their own set of obstacles. But what makes people lose the inspiration of life? Or maybe they think to end the life will be better for other people. I wish I can help. But I just read the news with a sad, grieving heart.

Inspiration... What about inspiration to move on despite how suicidal we are thinking? What are the utmost inspiration that can inspire people to throw away suicidal thoughts and to move on? I thought having family and children will be the inspiration. But I am wrong. Some of the recent people who committed suicide had their spouse and children.

I feel so sad even typing all the above. I treasure life, so any commit suicide news will affect me for a couple of hours and I need to tell myself not to think about it to be okay. God helps those who had recently lost their loved ones to suicide. Deep in my heart, I want to hug them. ❤️

So where to begin? How to begin the inspiration to be alive despite painful depressing times?
