Do you have habitual action?

Like rubbing nose even the nose is not itchy, pouting your lips when thinking or pointing, scratching face or eyes or whatever, or head scratching?

Anyway, I noticed when I am in thinking mode or trying to figure out an equation of life due to confusion, I put my hands on my chin while rolling my eyes upward. However, my sons, both of them, scratch their head when they are figuring out an answer. They pattern after their father.

One day...

We were talking about one topic of the world, it got us all thinking, cracking answers, my youngest boy noticed my action was different from them, he exclaimed, "We scratch our heads when we think because our brains are at our heads, but mummy's brain is like on her chin. Look at her! Hahaha!" He laughed by himself.

It got me head scratching why he could think such way. We all laughed.
