Lying on the floor, Lilly is embarrassed more than hurt.
Kevin, the shopkeeper, is kind.
He helps her up, closes the store and carrys her bags home.
He refuses the tip she offers.
When she unpacks her shopping she finds Kevin has slipped in a packet of her favourite biscuits.
