In life we have always heard this phrase before, for example; in school and at university teachers often express you reinforce such ability, or it is paramount that you reinforce this cooperation, and even reinforce the text you have written.
Reinforcing when we have stopped giving all our capacity, will always be the best option because when we reinforce we also learn from mistakes and weaknesses.
I remember on one occasion, a very radical teacher told us in the classroom that reinforcing increased our capacity for reflection, action, and analysis because it consolidated the exchange of learning by repetition, or well that was broadly what I could grasp.

The teacher was right, it is good to learn from our strength and also examine those that serve as our weaknesses so that to note our stand.
If reinforcing also implies correcting certain of our weaknesses and turning them into strength.
Reinforce has something to do with making our weaknesses strength.
