¡Hola a todos! Por lo general mi estilo de dibujo no me ayuda a la hora de dibujar cosas sombrías (no soy para nada buena en eso), pero eso no significa que no lo intente. El día de hoy les mostraré una ilustración que me gustó, me hace pensar en los trabajos del mangaka junji Ito.

Hello everybody! Usually my drawing style doesn't help me when it comes to drawing dark things (I'm not good at that at all), but that doesn't mean I don't try. Today I will show you an illustration that I liked, it makes me think of the works of the mangaka Junji Ito.

Primero que nada realicé un boceto no muy detallado de lo que más o menos, tenía en mente: Una muñeca sentada frente a una mesa llena de postres.

First of all, I made a not very detailed sketch of what more or less I had in mind: A doll sitting in front of a table full of desserts.

(Jaja soy un desastre con los bocetos / Haha I'm a mess with the sketches )

Luego, fui estructurando a la protagonista del dibujo. Para darle esa apariencia de muñeco, le dibujé la mirada fija y sin brillos (para mayor efecto tétrico).

Then, I was structuring the protagonist of the drawing. To give him that doll-like appearance, I drew his gaze fixed and without glare (for a more gloomy effect).

Apliqué color, tonos claros y para la mesa, traté de que diera la apariencia de que es de madera pulida o algo así. Intento fallido o no, luce como la mesa del comedor de mi sala ja ja

I applied color, light tones and for the table, I tried to make it look like it's polished wood or something. Attempt failed or not, it looks like the dining room table in my living room ha ha

Ubiqué el fondo. Quería que se viera la oscuridad pero sin opacar a la muñeca, así que fondeé todo de color negro y en el centro ubiqué un triangulo blanco, lo siguiente fue jugar con los filtros de photoshop hasta que hallé este que me pareció acertado. Nos resalta a la perfección nuestro ente maligno... quiero decir, nuestra linda muñeca.

I located the bottom. I wanted the darkness to be seen but without obscuring the wrist, so I anchored everything in black and in the center I located a white triangle, the next thing was to play with the photoshop filters until I found this one that seemed right to me. It perfectly highlights our evil entity ... I mean, our cute doll.

Lo siguiente fue dibujar platos, tazas y una tetera. Lo pinté con color blanco y le agregué un efecto de textura.

The next thing was to draw plates, cups and a kettle. I painted it white and added a texture effect to it.

Como hacía falta algo de color, dibujé postres. Tratando de darle énfasis a los detalles pequeños, ya que es para la muñeca el festín.

As some color was needed, I drew desserts. Trying to emphasize the small details, since it is for the doll the feast.

Después de dar los toques finales, cree una capa negra arriba del dibujo, le bajé la opacidad y así obtuve un efecto más dramático.

After putting the finishing touches, I created a black layer on top of the drawing, I lowered the opacity for a more dramatic effect.

Para crear el gif sólo oculté y mostré la capa negra, dando el efecto de que la luz se enciende y apaga en la habitación.

To create the gif I just hid and showed the black layer, giving the effect of the light turning on and off in the room.
