[Graphite stick on reclaimed cardboard with serious digital embellishment, color, and moshing...]

I'm calling that piece above "The Hook." Not only does it look a bit like a hook, but eyes can also be considered a "hook" for a person's attention. It's not a style that I draw in very often, but hey! April is for experimenting...

Here are a few other moshed versions of that same graphite drawing...this first one much more abstract...

This is another piece I drew today on reclaimed cardboard. This one is somewhere between poetry, concrete poetry, and agit-prop. (It is meaningful nonsense, kinda like a Buddhist koan...)

I enjoy this type of ambiguous image-plus-text material. (Check out the old Dada posters from around WWI for reference...)

I also finished another collaboration piece today, but like the last one I worked on, I'll let my collaborator figure out when and where it's going to be shared!

Well.... Well, well, well.... This was my 29th post in a row for the April #HiveBloPoMo challenge! One more entry tomorrow and I will have completed my tour 'o' duty! Thanks for stopping by!!!
