Riuani the human devouring alien
Very good morning dear readers and welcome once again to my art blog, today I want to introduce you to Riuani the devourer of species, she is an alien which travels from planet to planet looking to feed on skin and living tissue, this time Riuani recently arrived on planet earth and just fed on some human victims and that is the reason why it is covered with human blood, I leave a little of the process so you can appreciate it a little better:
Muy buen día queridos lectores y sean bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog de arte, el día de hoy quiero presentarles a Riuani la devoradora de especies, ella es una alienígena la cual viaja de planeta en planeta buscado alimentarse de piel y tejido vivo, en esta ocasión Riuani recientemente llego al planeta tierra y acaba de alimentarse de algunas víctimas humanas y esa es la razón por la que se encuentra cubierta de sangre humana, les dejo un poco del proceso para que lo puedan apreciar un poco mejor:

The first thing in any work is to capture the colors for the drawing to take shape, as Riuani is an alien I decided to paint her skin in unusual colors, a red with a tendency to pink helped me to capture the skin I wanted for this character, then was adding details characteristic of aliens around the body of Riuani, as in the nose, cheekbones and parts of the collarbone.
Lo primero en toda obra es plasmar los colores para que el dibujo vaya tomando forma, como Riuani es alienígena decidí pintar su piel de colores poco comunes, un rojo con tendencia al rosa me sirvió para plasmar la piel que deseaba para este personaje, posteriormente fue agregando detalles característicos de alíen alrededor del cuerpo de Riuani, como en la nariz, pómulos y partes de la clavícula.
For the eyes I wanted to give a differential touch to all my drawing, that's why I decided to paint them light pink with some orange touches for the pupil, then I added a little brighter orange but blurring it slightly to complement the base colors and make them stand out even more.
Para los ojos quise dar un toque diferencial a todo mi dibujo, es por ello que decidí pintarlos de rosa claro con algunos toques naranja para la pupila, luego añadí un naranja un poco más brillante pero difuminándolo ligeramente para que se complementara con los colores base y los hiciera resaltar todavía más.
For the hair I wanted to do something contrasting with the character, Riuani is an alien that likes to take the human form to look as much as possible to her victims, that's why I decided to paint her hair in a more human form, in this case I decided to use a mustard color as a base and little by little I gave shape and structure to all the hair.
Para el cabello quise hacer algo contrastante con el personaje, Riuani es una alienígena que le gusta tomar la forma humana para perecerse lo más posible a sus víctimas, es por ello que decidí pintar su cabello de una forma más humana, en este caso decidí usar un color mostaza como base y poco a poco le fui dando forma y estructura a todo el cabello.
I created some more layers of shadows and especially of glows, this makes the drawing have a better final structure, besides it helps me to highlight small details which I always like to expose even more, the touch of blood I achieved by creating a new layer of (Dodge burn) and with a medium red tone I managed to get this semi-realistic bloody effect which can be seen running on his body and I liked it a lot.
Cree algunas capas más de sombras y sobretodo de brillos, esto hace que el dibujo tenga una mejor estructura final, además de que me ayuda a resaltar pequeños detalles los cuales siempre me gusta exponer aun mas, el toque de la sangre lo logre creando una nueva capa de (Dodge burn) y con una tonalidad roja media logre obtener este efecto sangriento semi-realista el cual se puede ver corriendo sobre su cuerpo y que me gusto mucho.
