This piece went through many iterations before finding it's final form, I only managed to save a few process images along the way:

starting to figure out how I wanted to work in the face, I liked this idea of her being completely enveloped or almost consumed but the overall composition wasn't working for me!

It's pretty interesting how every artist has such a different process, I've really embraced the love of randomness and chaos, sometimes putting unexpected things together can create a surprising result :)
