Welcoming the night, a June evening | Painting a Landscape [ENG-ESP]

One afternoon when I had no electricity, I sat in the garden of my house and stayed there until nightfall. I noticed how beautiful the sky looked and captured with my cell phone a picture of the beautiful sunset. Then, while I was in my room, with no ideas to draw, it came to my mind to paint that beautiful sunset.

Una tarde en la cual, no tenia electricidad, me senté en el jardín de mi casa y estuve ahí, hasta que fue cayendo la noche. Me percate de lo hermoso que se veía el cielo y capture con mi celular un foto del hermoso atardecer. Luego estando en mi habitación, sin ideas para dibujar, se me vino a la mente pintar ese hermoso atardecer.

🌵PROCESS // PROCESO🌵

This has really been one of the works I have enjoyed doing the most in the last few weeks, without a doubt. I think it's because it's a landscape which I captured with my cell phone and then painted. Besides other things happened that day that marked that day even more, so it was a very special day for me. And now that I have a painting of it, it becomes even more special.

Realmente este ha sido uno de los trabajos que mas he disfrutado hacer en las ultimas semanas, sin duda. Creo que es porque es un paisaje el cual capture con mi celular y luego pinte. Además ese día pasaron otras cosas que marcaron aun mas ese día, así que fue un día muy especial para mi. Y ahora que tengo una pintura sobre el, se hace mucho más especial.

It is a painting that did not take me much time to do, in spite of all the time that I had not painted a landscape, which would be about 4 years or a little more. Not to mention how well it turned out. I know I am not an expert in painting landscapes, but I really liked this work and the result supports it.

Es una pintura que no me tomo mucho tiempo en hacer, a pesar de todo el tiempo que llevaba sin pintar un paisaje, que serian unos 4 años o un poco más. Sin dejar de mencionar lo bien que quedo la misma. Se que no soy un experto pintando paisajes, pero realmente este trabajo me gusto mucho y el resultado, lo sustenta.
