I was home yesterday feeling bad about how this year turned out to be so I decided to distract myself by drawing something just to remind us that nothing lasts forever. Better days are coming

2020!!! What a year it and been for us all. Everyone has tasted something bad this year, from one disaster to another, we've all had it tough but I'm glad we are still alive. I pray for those who couldn't make it through the year, may their souls rest in peace.
This year has been a rough one, the world has suffered disasters, conflicts, deaths, tragedies and the huge virus outbreak.

In just 3 months into the year, we've suffered the following;
Coronavirus pandemic: This pandemic came with a very huge force which caused countries all over the world to be on lockdown. Stay home stay safe became the most popular phrase. Palliative became the most used word, ventilators and nose masks became the most sought after inventions. It has claimed lots of lives and we only hope and pray it disappears or a vaccine be found soon.

Australian bushfire : In February, the bushfire happened in Australia which left the country in a devastating state.d millions of animals lost their lives. Homes and lives were lost. TAccording the sources, some of the fire was s started by lightning,others by humans while most people blamed it on climate change

Ukrainian jetliner crash in Iran : This crash happens with 176 person on board, different persons from different nationalitieswere on board, turbs out the Iranian militaryshit downthe plan unintentionally. Lives lost again.

Devastating floods in Indonesia: This flood which happened in February destroyed thousand of homes and left more than 300 persons homeless. It was caused by too much rain which made the river banks to burst, stresst were covered with water which went as deep and 5ft.

Communal riots in Delhi : This also took place in February, they was lots of bloodshed, homes and properties destroyed in a fight between the Hindu and Muslims. Pathetic indeed

Taal volcano eruption : This took place in January and ashes were spewed across different locations which resulted in the suspension of schools, work, flight, electricitywas cut and other things were affected in the area , people left Their homes to evacuation centers for safety.

Death of Kobe Bryant in helicopter crash: This is one news that shook the entire world especially basketball lovers. Nine people wer on board including Kobe and his 13yeard old daughter,everyone was killed. It was a terrible time asany countries and leaders paid their tribute.

Earthquakes in Turkey : In January, an earthquake hit turkey and 31 persons were confirmed dead, 1600 confirmed injured. Building collapsed and resident were forced out of their homes into the streets.

Hmmmm, these are just a few of what we've faced. If 2020 was a movie, it would be a filled with horror, tears and fear of what would come next. We are tired already
