Good evening dear community, I hope you feel excellent, today I bring a new drawing for my blog, this one is titled (the window of the books), in which we can see Stephany which is a girl who feels very good when she has a book in her hands, because for her the books are like windows, windows which depending on what the book is about can transport you to different places, and I think many people will agree with this opinion, sometimes we read adventure books for example that make us feel certain emotions, but then we read another mystery book which makes us feel and think in a different way, and so it happens with any book we read, each one opens our mind to different possibilities, opinions and things of the real world, in this post I want to show you the process of how I made this drawing and I hope you like it:

Buenas noches querida comunidad, espero se encuentren excelente, el día de hoy traigo un nuevo dibujo para mi blog, este lo titule (la ventana de los libros), en el cual podemos ver a Stephany la cual es una chica que se siente muy bien cuando tiene un libro en sus manos, pues para ella los libros son como ventanas, ventanas las cuales dependiendo de lo que trate el libro te pueden transportar a diferentes lugares, y creo que muchas personas estarán de acuerdo con esta opinión, en ocasiones leemos libros de aventuras por ejemplo que nos hacen sentir ciertas emociones, pero luego leemos otro de misterio el cual nos hace sentir y pensar de una manera distinta, y así pasa con cualquier libro que leamos, cada uno nos abre la mente a distintas posibilidades, opiniones y cosas del mundo real, en este post quiero enseñarles el proceso de cómo hice este dibujo y espero les guste:

PROCESS / PROCESO

First of all I started sketching my idea, this helped me to work much better on my drawing later on.

Primer que nada inicie boceteanto mi idea, esto me ayudo a trabajar mucho mejor mi dibujo luego.

Next was the application of the colors, for the skin I applied a base tone and then added certain light and dark tones to give a little volume to the skin, especially to the part of the face that always stands out the most.

Lo siguiente fue la aplicación de los colores, para la piel aplique un tono base y luego añadí ciertos tonos claros y oscuros para darle un poco de volumen a la piel, sobre todo a la parte del rostro que es la que más destaca siempre.

For the hair I wanted to use a slightly different color than the traditional one and that's why I used a very light red tone and then I added some details, first for the hair I added some lines in a darker tone to make the shading, and then in a new layer I added thin lines in a lighter color to give good volume to Stephany's hair.

Para el cabello quise utilizar un color algo diferente a lo tradicional y por eso use un tono rojo muy claro y luego fui añadiéndoles detalles, lo primero para el cabello fui agregando algunas líneas en tonalidad más oscura para hacer el sombreado, y luego en una nueva capa añadí líneas delgadas en un color más claro para darle buen volumen al cabello de Stephany.

For the dress I painted the T-shirt in one color, for her I used a black tone not so dark to be able to add volume details later on, and for the hat I used an orange tone because after trying colors that was the one I liked the most.

Para la vestimenta pinte la camiseta de un solo color, para ella emplee un tono negro no tan oscura para poder agregar detalles de volumen más adelante, y para el gorro utilice un tono naranja pues luego de probar colores fue ese el que más me gusto.

For the background I was clear from the beginning that I wanted to do something bookcase style, but it wasn't until I started applying the colors that I realized what shape everything would take and how I would arrange the books in it, I used light brown shades to recreate the wood style in the bookcase, and the books were the ones I had to detail the most one by one to make them look the way I wanted.

Para el fondo tenía claro desde un principio que quería hacer algo estilo librero, pero no fue hasta que comencé a aplicar los colores que me di cuenta que forma tomaría todo y como acomodaría los libros en el, use tonos de marrones claros para recrear el estilo de madera en el librero, y los libros fueron los que más tuve que detallar uno por uno para que quedaran como yo quería.
