Drawing my mother, a small gift for her birthday

Very good day dear people of hive and I hope you are very well, welcome once again to my blog, today I bring you a very special drawing because it is a drawing I made to my mother for the day of her birthday number 51, as many know last month I made a drawing for my brother for his birthday and today I wanted to do the same for my mom and give her this gift along with the others that we gave her in her birthday celebration party, here I will show you the process of making the drawing and hopefully it will be to your liking:

Muy buen día querida gente de hive y espero estén muy bien, sean bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog, el día de hoy les traigo un dibujo muy especial pues es un dibujo que le hice a mi madre por el día de su cumpleaños número 51, como muchos sabrán el mes pasado realice un dibujo para mi hermano por su cumpleaños y el día de hoy quise hacer lo mismo por mi mama y darle este regalo junto con los demás que le entregamos en su fiesta de celebración de cumpleaños, aquí les mostrare el proceso de realización del dibujo y ojala sea de su agrado:

PROCESS / PROCESO

First of all I made the sketch and started to paint everything little by little.

Primero que nada hice el boceto y comencé a pinta toda poco a poco.

Add color to the skin, for this I used a skin tone that resembles a little to my mother, paint a base color and then I was adding some brightness in areas where I determined that would be the light and shadows in places opposite to the brightness.

Agregue color a la piel, para esto utilice un tono de piel que se me asemejo un poco con el de mi mamá, pinte una base de color y luego fui agregando algunos brillos en las zonas donde determine que estaría la luz y sombras en los sitios opuestos a los brillos.

I gave color to the eyes and lips in the part of the face and there if I proceeded to paint my mom's dress, first I had the idea of making a sleeveless blouse, but once I applied the color I thought it would be better to paint the sleeves too and make a dress because it would look a little more elegant with that dark color.

Le di color a los ojos y labios en la parte del rostro y allí si procedí a pintar el vestido de mi mama, primero tenía la idea de hacerle una blusa sin mangas, pero una vez que aplique el color me pareció que quedaría mejor pintar las mangas también y hacer un vestido pues se vería un poco más elegante con ese color oscuro.

The next thing I did was to paint the hair, for this I used a shade very similar to my mother's hair color but a little darker, after having the base of the hair there I did proceed to add some shadows and some light locks to give a little volume to her hair.

Lo siguiente que hice fue pintar el cabello, para esto utilice un tono muy parecido al color de cabello de mi madre pero un poco más oscuro, luego de tener la base del cabello ahí si procedí a agregar algunas sombras y algunos mechones claro para darle un poco de volumen a su cabello.

With the well defined colors I wanted to make a suitable background for my mother's drawing, first I painted a scarlet red base and on that background using the airbrush with a lighter and brighter shade of red to highlight a little the silhouette behind the drawing, then I blurred a little that silhouette behind to make it look a little better.

Con los colores bien definidos quise hace un fondo adecuado para el dibujo de mi madre, primero pinte una base de color rojo escarlata y sobre ese fondo utilizando el pincel airbrush con una tonalidad de rojo más clara y más brillante para resaltar un poco la silueta detrás de el dibujo, luego difumine un poco esa silueta de atrás para que quedara un poco mejor.

Finally add a few additional shadows and highlights to complement the drawing a little more.

Por último agregue unas pocas sombras y brillos adicionales para complementar un poco más el dibujo.
