[ENG|ES] 6 Months of Progress Illustrating | 6 meses de progreso ilustrando
¡Hola! Feliz Año Nuevo, seguimos en la primera semana del año y quería comenzar el año recordando un proyecto que comencé a mitad del año pasado, y es el aprender a ilustrar digitalmente con la finalidad de dedicarme a ello, llevo un registro de la mayoría de los dibujos que he realizado en Hive y hoy descubriré junto con ustedes cuanto he avanzado en estos 6 meses ilustrando.
Hello! Happy New Year, we are still in the first week of the year and I wanted to start the year by remembering a project that I started in the middle of last year, and it is learning to digitally illustrate in order to dedicate myself to it, I keep a record of most of the drawings that I have made in Hive and today I will discover together with you how much I have advanced in these 6 months illustrating.
Herramientas de trabajo | Work tools
Una de las primeras cosas que se me vino la mente al plantearme la idea fue como ilustrar sin una tableta grafica, puesto que todavía no tengo tableta, entonces indague entre muchos programas hasta que encontré varios tutoriales y el que mas me gusto fue "Easy Paint Tool Sai 2" y hasta el día de hoy sigo usándolo, comencé usando los pinceles sin saber lo que hacían y pintaba muy mal, poco a poco con la practica fui descubriendo todo y mientras mas lo usaba mas me gustaba, luego empecé a reforzar mis resultados finales con "Photoshop" y así es como actualmente dibujo Primero con "Easy Paint Tool Sai 2" y luego hago un montaje final con "Photoshop".
One of the first things that came to my mind when considering illustrate was how to do it without a graphic tablet, since I still don't have a tablet, so I searched among many programs until I found several tutorials and the one I liked was "Easy Paint Tool Sai 2 "and to this day I continue to use it, I started using the brushes without knowing what they were doing and painted very badly, little by little with practice I discovered everything and the more I used it the more I liked it, then I began to strengthen my final results with "Photoshop" and this is how I currently draw First with "Easy Paint Tool Sai 2" and then make a final assembly with "Photoshop".
Mi técnica de coloreado | My coloring technique
En un principio mi técnica de coloreado era muy rígida y lineal, dependía totalmente del delineado y aunque no podría decir que estaba mal, definitivamente podía mejorar.
In the beginning my coloring technique was very rigid and linear, it totally depended on the outline and although I could not say that it was wrong, it could definitely improve.
Luego fui dándole mucha mas soltura a las sombras trabajando mas con los pinceles y texturas aunque todavía dependía del delineado.
Then I gave the shadows much more ease, working more with the brushes and textures although it still depended on the outline.
Finalmente logre desligarme del delineado y trabajar un estilo mas realista que me encanta y que quiero mejorar aun mas, aunque estoy muy feliz con los resultados que estoy obteniendo.
Finally I managed to detach myself from the outlined and work on a more realistic style that I love and that I want to improve even more, although I am very happy with the results I am obtaining.
Mi mas reciente trabajo | My most recent work
Acá es cuando realmente veo el avance y por lo cual quise hacer esta publicación, con cada dibujo que hacia me sentía mas orgulloso y llegar al punto de celebrar el Año Nuevo con una ilustración propia me hizo muy feliz.
This is when I really see progress and that is why I wanted to make this publication, with each drawing that I made I felt more proud and reaching the point of celebrating the New Year with my own illustration made me very happy.

¡Gran progreso! Has mejorado mucho tu dibujo, ya hasta se ve un estilo muy diferente. Sigue así y en los próximos 6 meses podrás seguir avanzando mucho. Con constancia y esfuerzo el progreso será constante, es como una bola de nieve. Saludos.
