Hola amigos de Hive, reciban un cordial saludos, hoy realicé unas ricas roscas, para la merienda o para saborearla con una taza de té o café, son bien sabrosas fácil de elaborar, con pocos ingredientes y sale aproximadamente la cantidad de 20 unidades.

Ingredientes

• 1/2 kg de harina de trigo leudante.
• 5 cucharadas de azúcar.
• Un huevo.
• Una tacita pequeña de aceite.
• Una cucharadita de levadura.
• Una taza de agua tibia para la levadura.
• Una cucharadita de sal.
• Una cucharadita de anís dulce.
• Aceite para sofreír las rocas.

Ingredients

Procedimiento

En un bol tamizamos la harina, luego en otro envase, bates el huevo con el azúcar y le agregas el aceite, cuando esté bien mezclado se lo agregas al bol y empiezas a amasar agregando la taza de levadura debidamente fermentada, también la cucharadita de anís y la de sal, seguimos amasando espolvoreando con un poquito de harina al bol para que no se pegue, cuando esté bien compacta y suave se deja reposar tapada con un paño por una hora o más, que la harina haya aumentado de tamaño.

Procedure;

Empezamos al realizar las roscas;
Se extiende la masa en la mesa con un rodillo, que no quede tan delgada, luego agarras la medida del tamaño que las vayas a hacer puedes utilizar un vaso o un tarro, el centro se le hace con un vasito de tequila y luego ponerlas a sofreír en abundante aceite porque amentan de tamaño.
