And this time I want to share a new work in realistic drawing with the graphite pencil technique and it is about the elderly, elderly or grandparents. This portrait in drawing teach us the language of their emotions and feelings through the passage of their long journey through life. I hope you enjoy this work in drawing.

Y en esta ocasión les quiero compartir un nuevo trabajo en dibujo realista con la técnica del lápiz grafito y se trata de personas de la tercera edad osea ancianos o abuelos. Este retrato en dibujo nos enseñan el lenguaje de sus emociones y sentimientos por el paso de su largo camino por la vida. Espero que disfruten de este trabajo en dibujo.

To carry out this work in a realistic drawing of the face of an old man, you must pay close attention and visualize the details that an aged face represents and for this we are going to create the sketch using a mechanical pencil with 2B leads and with a reference photo we are building your look, nose, lips, beard, wrinkles, pores, hat and part of his suit.

Already in accordance with the sketch we are going to create the skin of it and with the same mechanical pencil we create a texture of very soft layers of graphite and then create small pores with the tip of the pencil. Small wrinkles and different imperfections and then use the moldable eraser to create the different highlights

Now comes the creation of his beard and this time we take the blur and load it with the graphite with tone 6B and stain the part of his beard creating a layer of graphite and then blur very softly and then continue with the moldable eraser and create the small ones. Beard hairs and then blend with the brush and recreate the small highlights with the moldable eraser.

Now we are going to make the hat and with the graphite pencil 6B we create a very soft first layer and then we expand the graphite with the blur then we return with another layer but this time with a half price in the pencil to create the shadows and give it a transition towards the light. Then we use the blur and gently expand to achieve the volume and the hat looks more realistic.

To finish we will create part of your suit using the 6B graphite pencil and create a very soft first layer, then repeat the process but this time with half pressure to the pencil to create the transition from shadows to light then with the same 6B pencil we create a dark background around the character then we blur and voila we end this portrait.

Para realizar este trabajo en dibujo realista del rostro de un anciano se debe de prestar mucha atención y visualizar los detalles que representa un rostro envejecido y para ello vamos a crear el boceto utilizando un portaminas con minas 2B y con una foto de referencia vamos construyendo su mirada, nariz, labios, barba, arrugas, poros, sombrero y parte de su traje.

Ya conforme con el boceto vamos a crear su piel y con el mismo portaminas creamos una textura de capas de grafito muy suaves para luego crear pequeños poros con la punta del lápiz. Arrugas pequeñas y distintas imperfecciones para después usar el borrador moldeable para crear las distintas luces

Ahora vendría la creación de su barba y esta vez tomamos el difumino y lo cargamos del grafito con el tono 6B y manchamos la parte de su barba creando una capa de grafito para luego difuminar muy suave para luego continuar con el borrador moldeable y creamos los pequeños vellos de la barba para después difuminar con el pincel y volver a crear las pequeñas luces con el borrador moldeable.

Ahora vamos hacer el sombrero y con el lápiz de grafito 6B creamos una primera capa muy suave y luego expandimos el grafito con el difumino luego volvemos con otra capa pero esta vez con una media de precio en el lápiz para crear las sombras y darle una transición hacia la luz. Después usamos el difumino y expandimos suavemente lograr el volumen y se vea mas realista el sombrero.

Ya para terminar crearemos parte de su traje usando el lapiz de grafito 6B y creamos uan primera capa muy suave paro luego repetir el proceso pero esta vez con media presión al lápiz para crear la transición de sombras hacia la luz luego con el mismo lápiz 6B creamos un fondo oscuro al rededor del personaje luego difuminamos y listo damos por finalizado este retrato.

Proceso desde el inicio hasta el resultado final que tomo 7 horas de trabajo y que tiene de tamaño 22 x 23 centímetros.

2B mines frame.
Graphite Lapiz 6b.
