Wednesday Walk: Walking Around A Flower Village
Hello guys, how are you today?
It's Wednesday again. Did you go for a walk today? As a habit, today I want to walk you to an interesting place. And today's place is a flower village. Why flower village? Tet holiday is approaching, Tet atmosphere is pervading everywhere in our country. This is the time when everyone is busy preparing for Tet. And flowers are an indispensable part of every family. Today I will walk you guys around a flower village on the banks of the Red River and located on the outskirts of Hanoi. It is also known as Bai Da Song Hong.
This flower village is actually an alluvial ground filled with alluvium by the Red River, so the land here is very fertile. It becomes an ideal place to grow short-term crops. And a lot of people here have chosen to grow flowers. Usually, it is the place that supplies flowers to the city. On Tet holiday, it becomes busier because the demand for home decoration with flowers increases. It seems that everyone wants to have a few flower pots in the house to have Tet atmosphere. This seems to be the Tet tradition in Vietnam. Especially Nhat Tan peach blossom here has become a famous flower on Tet days. During Tet, homeowners will feel proud to have a pot of Nhat Tan peach blossom in the house when welcoming guests.
In addition, people grow a lot of different types of flowers on a fairly large area. It took me about 1 hour walking around to explore. It is not only a place to provide flowers but also a place that is loved by many young people. Because of its beauty, many people come here to take pictures, chill with their friends. People here also set up an outdoor camping and chilling area. So when you come here, you can comfortably admire different types of flowers, breathe in the fresh air, hang out with friends and buy flowers to decorate your home. It's great isn't it?
Besides, the air here is quite fresh. Compared to the downtown area of Hanoi, the air quality here is much better thanks to the trees and very few houses around. Because of that, it is also a very peaceful place. There are also many people who come here just to breathe in the fresh air, exercise and walk around to explore like me. I think there should be more places like this where people can escape the stuffiness and crowding of the inner city.
That's my walk today. I was very satisfied with the beauty of the flower village, breathing fresh air and exercising a little bit. I hope you like it as much as I do. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Have a nice Wednesday!

I didn't try the piano but I think it's broken down because it's left outdoor under the sun and rain.
