Monday Motivation: How Do You Find Yours? | IAAC Year 2

It's another Monday indeed! How do you find your motivation to get up in the morning and keep going?? On the video, I shared how I keep myself motivated. I guess there isn't a cookie cutter formula for that. Whatever makes me happy may not apply to you and/or vice versa.

I keep myself motivated with small, daily goals, i.e. that clutter I didn't get to clear up today, I can do tomorrow. I make it a point to erase at least a task or two from my to-do list. That motivates me to keep going. Small, baby steps every day, soon I'll get to my goals. One step at a time.. One day at a time.

Remember to keep yourself motivated daily. Find that motivation within you. Set daily goals to help yourself keep going. 😉👍🏼

It's true what you say, maybe the things we do to motivate ourselves will not be useful for someone else, even so I appreciate that you let us know yours.

I find self-motivation every morning when I get up, I always cross myself before getting out of bed and I say today will be a great day. It's my way to start the morning motivated
