Always a Flower

I woke up to the soft dew and the gentle rain, watering the earth and making it bring forth and bud. The morning had not even begun, giving pause to the thought of sun and shine for the day. It did not disappoint. sunshine and daydreams, that is where the story begins and ends – at least until the next tomorrow that will come.

I love hydrangeas, there are so many different colors and so many types. This particular one is so delicate and pretty, and the water droplets really enhance it.

Or mayhap it has more to do with being a flower. There must always be a flower. Judge for yourself. Somehow, it seems to make the moment better. #alwaysaflower

It is always amazing. I love watching the sun rise. I was breathless, but, today, I watched as the sun pierced my view, setting the whole place on fire with its bright light. It was actually more painful to leave such an incredible vision this morning than it was to wake up and run into the darkness. But, I knew that if I could hold on to a small piece of it – deep inside my soul, embracing it for the rest of the day, it was totally worth it. The quiet. The darkness before the light. The beauty of the day. Can there be a better moment than the present?

Nature paints a very clear picture for me today. The hydrangeas are out of control with the blooming around here. This is their season, their time to shine. Do you have a moment that is yours alone? Where do you shine? Tell me. Tell me. Tell me do.

Look around me and take in the splendor of life. I find myself taking more time to do the latter, even if it is only for a brief moment in my day, it somehow gives me enough peace in my soul.

Oh, mon dieu! The exquisiteness of an orchid just takes my breath away. Still, I cannot help but compare their elegance and beauty to the complex and layered grace of a ballerina.

It looks like the petals have black dots on, but I think it is the anther (?) of it! Hahaha! 😁 Very, very pretty! I just have to admire your photography skills @dswigle! ❤ You are far too awesome!

Beautiful flower with water drops and splashing on flower, the coconut tree is twisted in the middle instead of straight, i think nature makes it more stronger to survive according to physics nature, happy treetuesday for mother nature of earth.

Me too!! While I am sure that they can do this and force it to grow in this manner, this palm tree was in the middle of nowhere on a small remote island, so I feel like perhaps nature was involved. At any rate it makes a really cool picture and I wish I had taken a few more of it from different angles. I hope you are having a spectacular week!

Thank you so much! I really do love flowers! Deliriously so! I have to admit the coconut tree really captured my attention and if not for the fact that it was in the middle of nowhere on a remote island oh, I would think that mankind had to do with it, however, I really think that nature had their hand in this one. I did bring laughter to me that coconut tree at first i thought also it was not real like you said maybe mankind had something to do with it well that's first for me to see in that sort of twist how funny a great find 😊
