Mi grafiti/ My graffiti

En esta oportunidad les traigo un grafiti de mi nombre “Yesimar”, el cual proviene de la combinación de Yesenia, Simón y Marisa, mis padres y mi abuela materna respectivamente. Este diseño lo sustenté en el Ave Fénix ya que este mito me resulta fascinante por su profunda concepción de morir y renacer.

Creo que las lecciones de la vida nos llevan a redescubrirnos y reinvertirnos porque muchas veces nos caemos, creemos que todo es un caos y que la vida no tiene sentido. La pérdida de un familiar, amigo o pareja, las decepciones amorosas, las enfermedades, el engaño y las injusticias nos hacen sucumbir en un hoyo lúgubre. Justamente en esas situaciones críticas necesitamos la fuerza del Fénix, encender ese fuego interno que simboliza la inmortalidad, para así levantarnos siempre ante la adversidad, pero con una nueva lección aprendida.

Recuerdo las palabras de Viktor Frankl: «El hombre que se levanta es aún más fuerte que aquel que no ha caído.» Cada experiencia, por desagradable que resulte, nos deja enseñanzas para crear una mejor versión de nosotros, una capaz de afrontar nuevos conflictos. Está en nosotros tener el valor, la fuerza y la madurez para mirar la vida desde otra perspectiva.

En definitiva, el Ave Fénix tiene mucha similitud con los seres humanos porque posee la capacidad de elevarse de forma solemne de su propia destrucción. Una vez que renace se vuelve impetuosa y radiante. Muchos psicólogos han referido este proceso como poder de resiliencia. En sí, el fuego representa la creación y la destrucción, la dicotomía entre la vida y la muerte.

This time I bring you a graffiti of my name "Yesimar", which comes from the combination of Yesenia, Simón and Marisa, my parents and my maternal grandmother respectively. I supported this design in the Phoenix Bird since this myth is fascinating to me because of its deep conception of dying and being reborn.

I believe that life's lessons lead us to rediscover and reinvest ourselves because many times we fall, we believe that everything is chaos and that life has no meaning. The loss of a family member, friend or partner, love disappointments, illnesses, deception and injustices make us succumb to a gloomy hole. Precisely in these critical situations we need the strength of the Phoenix, to ignite that internal fire that symbolizes immortality, in order to always rise up in the face of adversity, but with a new lesson learned.

I remember the words of Viktor Frankl: "The man who rises is even stronger than the one who has not fallen." Each experience, no matter how unpleasant it may be, teaches us to create a better version of ourselves, one capable of facing new conflicts. It is up to us to have the courage, strength and maturity to look at life from another perspective.

In short, the Phoenix has a lot of similarity to human beings because it has the ability to solemnly rise from its own destruction. Once reborn, she becomes impetuous and radiant. Many psychologists have referred to this process as the power of resilience. In itself, fire represents creation and destruction, the dichotomy between life and death.
