BIRTHDAY VIBES

Hello Hive,
It's #sublimesunday, so it's a day to momma's birthday, everyone is broke but then we thought it won't be nice if we let it sly and didn't do anything. Then we decided to mark it for her on a low-key, bring some of her wish within our mini reach into reality and at the same time we want it to be something she will love and cherish.

The fact that am into birthday surprises, Adire fabric and the likes made it really easy for us to swing into action and planning with our little token though it was already evening and late, I couldn't bake any cake as all planning was an impromptu

So firstly I called the instrunentalist band for the surprise (the drummer and trumpeter) to be available

Then I stylishly asked her what she would love to eat on her birthday and she said moi-moi (beans pudding) fresh catfish, salad and yoghurt

And then the making of the Adire plain t-shirt started.

My elder sister, her husband and children came around very early this morning.

So after the normal routine family morning devotion, we all wished her a happy birthday and prayed for her which she equally prayed for us in return too. It has always been her usual way to pray for us all in the morning though

Then it started with the two pieces of Adire plain t-shirt, we gifted to her early in the morning, for her and my dad. Wow 😲 she was really surprised as she has always wished and wanted the Adire fabric, so she was glad that finally she have one.

Then we urged her to go take her bath on time and stepped out of the room, at first she didn't want to. All she was asking was that what is happening outside and why would you want me to take my bath this early and stepped out but the we said nothing that we just want to have a picture with her and dad in their Adire fabric. And then she obliged, she took her birth and immediately she was stepping out, my younger sister @adeife2 who was appointed to stay at the entrance linking her room and the sitting room together signaled to us that she was already coming and then the trumpeter🎺 started with a wishful happy birthday song alongside with a drummer🥁

At this point, she can't but shed some tears of joy. She hugged everyone of us one by one whispering "thank you" to our ears as she was so happy and overwhelmed.

In the process of dancing, we presented the food tray containing her desired choice of food with some few goodie (Apple, cucumber, chew gum)

After about 45mins of dancing we all proceeded outside for some picture shoots

We all were happy and glad that with the little token and late planning, we were able to celebrate her and make her happy on her day.
