Sssh! I've got a secret for you: My entry for the #CoffeeLoversCompetition #1, does not qualify because I'm a part of the Cinnamon Cup Coffee team. Yet, I'm so in love with coffee, that I want to tell you about "My Coffee Affair."
Do you promise not to spill the beans?😉

I Knew It Was Love

An aroma of flavourful compounds filled the air as I entered a Dining Room, adjacent to the Lobby of a luxurious Caribbean Resort.
Like a trap, it drew me in.
So distinct was the smell, irresistible to taste.
I had just one sip...
It was the first time I fell in love with coffee.

The Nose

I often tell myself that my sense of smell is my strongest sense, so it's no doubt that I first fell in love with coffee because of its aroma.

According to Espresso Coffee Guide

"A coffee's aroma is also referred to as its Bouquet or Nose, and is distinguished from a coffee's fragrance, which in coffee terms refers to the smell created by the coffee's vapors and gases - the volatile organic compounds - which are released from the coffee beans during grinding and then inhaled as aromatic compounds through the nose, contacting the nasal membrane."

Bitter, nutty, and strong is the natural taste of some varieties of coffee, and what I love most about coffee, is that I can alter it to my fancy.

My Morning Coffee

When I wake up in the mornings, I always drink a glass of ambient water, as it helps to rehydrate my body, aids digestion, and jumpstarts my system. Then, before you know it, I'm already thinking about the feel of my lips against my mug, filled with black liquid gold, and I come alive.

How I Prepare My Coffee

I usually have an assortment of coffee machines, as I like the different strengths, textures, and tastes each machine provides. However, at the moment, my life saver is my Moka Pot (courtesy of @xwidep) - which gives me a strong, black coffee.😋

My Favourite Coffee Drink

I love coffee any which way, and although my "home coffee drink" is always black, truth be told; my favourite coffee drink is Cappuccino, served in a ceramic or porcelain mug. The size, shape, colour, and design of my coffee mug is important to me, as all this psychologically determines my overall experience.

Coffee Shop Rendezvous

Of course I seek coffee outside my home.
A day-out to a coffee shop is an outing that I'd never forego.

'Going to a Coffee Shop for Black coffee is like having sex for the sake of having children, without really enjoying the experience...'

The ambience, setting, and decor of Coffee Shops means a lot to me.
My ideal coffee shop would be A Perfect Coffee Shop For An Old Soul which was posted by community member @macchiata a few months ago. I loved everything about that coffee shop.

The ecclectic collectibles and random pieces upcycled, recycled and used to complete the rustic, industrial, artsy, warm comfortable decor. This would be my happy place - my hideaway.
Still, whenever I go to a Cafe or Coffee Shop, or if I'm having a late coffee conversation with friends, I'll opt for milder coffee, like a Latte, sprinkled with Cinnamon :)

My best friend made me this attractive cup of Latte using her Nespresso machine, and sprinkled it with Cinnamon. I then stirred it, to taste the richness of the real coffee. Delicious!

My Future With Coffee

I love coffee so much!

You might be wondering:
"What future do I see me having with coffee?"

To be honest, I plan to marry coffee with my breakfast, and on meet-ups with friends, I'll drink coffee, happily forever.

A real sweet post!😊
I love my espresso,too.
I recommend that you switch the espresso maker, if it
is the aluminum made from Bialetti.
Look for one made out of stainless steel.
The aluminum melting point is "only" appr. 600 degrees, stainless steel
around 1200 degrees...i hope you get my point...
Drink less aluminum, they already spraying it with geoengineering..😜
Nettle tea e.g. detoxes heavy metals...
Bless Up
