Vermicelli Soup (Misua)
Our lunch yesterday was made up of vermicelli rice sticks. It was a soup mixed with vegetables and eggs.
Adding this vegetable made the soup perfectly delicious and nutrients. I didn't use any oil. All ingredients were added to a briskly boiling water, add spices and eggs .
In just a minute, I dropped the rice stick, cover and done after 5 minutes.
Cooking time was just in a short period of time. It is a quick-cooking and must be served on time before the texture of the rice stick change.
Rice vermicelli are a thin form of rice noodles. They are sometimes referred to as rice noodles or rice sticks, but they should not be confused with cellophane noodles, a different Asian type of vermicelli made from mung bean starch or rice starch rather than rice grains itself.
