Toasted Bread With Chicken

I attended a party and I was attracted to these Halfmoon sliced bread with chicken inside. They were being fried. I want to know how to cook it but I feel shy asking the people. It was so delicious most especially when you bite it with a very cold Coca-Cola.

Anyone could tell me this recipe? I taste the toast that being flattened and fried. Maybe it was a whole sliced bread, flattened, fry and cut into 2 cuts like halfmoon.
