Plating My Chicken and Mushrooms for the Family

I made something not fried today because we were getting tired of fried things. I made Chicken and Mushrooms. Everybody in the house love the umami flavor of mushrooms.

I made it extra special today by playing it well with garnish. We have some spring onions so I chopped it into strips and sprinkle it over like how they do it in restaurants.

We miss eating out but we also love the idea that the family gathers at home and we do our own homecooked meals. How about you, how is your family coping with the pandemic. I hope all of you are well.
