My Homemade "Daing na Bangus"

I made daing na bangus for our dinner. It's a Sunday, a family day. Tomorrow everyone's going to be busy with work and overtimes. I make sure I prepare something with love for dinner because my family counts on it. Tonight, I decided to have daing na bangus because pork is overpriced in the market. There is lack of supply due to the African Swine Fever.

Daing na bangus is a dish made of marinated milk fish and fried with spices. It has a crunchy outer layer and very tasty meat inside. This works perfect with rice. I sometimes overdo the frying and it makes it all crunchy, I eat everything including the bones.
