Nowadays life has become so busy that we get angry on small things and this anger sometimes takes a formidable form due to which we have to suffer a lot.

Some people get into the habit of getting angry and there is anger in their mind all the time.

When an angry person makes anger a habit, then even after wanting, he is not able to control his anger.

Getting angry also has a bad effect on our health and due to this many people become victims of depression and their blood pressure also increases.

How can you control your anger? I want to tell you the Ways to Control Anger.

By adopting these methods, you can control your anger and make your life happy.

Think before you speak-

If you get angry, whatever you say to the person standing in front, before speaking, think that you are not going to speak wrong somewhere.

If you think it's right, say so. Don't talk loudly.

In this way you will also be saved from speaking wrongly and your relationship with the person standing in front will also not get spoiled.

Change the place when angry-

Whenever you get angry, leave that place immediately. Apart from this, if the person on whom you get angry, then immediately move away from him and go somewhere else.

The advantage of this method is that the place or the person on whom you have got angry is not in front of you and you are saved from getting angry and the harm caused by it.

Think something good and drive away anger-

This is a very good way to get rid of anger, in this whenever you get angry, you start thinking of something good. For this you can use your Imagine power.

Using Imagine power, you can think about some happy old moments in your life or you can use some beautiful mental pictures to calm your anger.

The rule of forgiving and forgetting-

The rule of forgetting is very effective for running away from anger. For this, you can forget the negative feeling caused by a person, if someone has said something bad, then you can forget it.

If someone has made such a mistake that he can be forgiven, then forgive him immediately.

By adopting this rule, you can avoid anger without reason and can also create an image of a good person in the eyes of the people.

Give up your bad habits-

If you take cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol, drugs etc., then quit them immediately because all these things work to increase anger.

Going alone and screaming-

Learn to use self help words-

If you use self help words two or three times a day then you will not get angry and even if it comes, it will come very little. You can use these self help wordsโ€ฆ..

a- I am a peace loving person.

b- I always think positive.

c- I am always happy, etc.

If you use these self help words then you can control your anger to a great extent, you can also create these self help words yourself.

Waiting rule-

Sometimes it happens that someone has said or done something wrong that has given your anger a lot, then you feel that immediately go to that person and say very bad to him or do some physical harm to him.

If you get such anger, do not go to that person immediately, but after some time or in some cases, go to that person after a few days.

Because by doing this your anger calms down over time and you are saved from doing something wrong. So follow the rule of waiting.

Think positive and do positive activities-

The person should always be positive minded. Whenever you get angry, immediately start thinking something positive.

Instead of thinking about it, you can think of some good things. This method is very effective. You can also be involved in any positive activity. Your anger will go away with such activities.

Anyway, if you think positive or are engaged in positive activities then anger will be far away from you.

Count down to 50-

Whenever you get angry, a very good way is to start counting up to 50 immediately, in this way your mind will be diverted and you will be saved from getting angry.

Apart from this, you get involved in any activities to divert your mind. This is a great way to avoid getting angry.

If the anger is high, then you can do this counting up to 100 also. This is a practical way to vent anger.

Read Good Books and Play Games-

To avoid anger, you can read good books, for this you can read 7 or 8 pages every day of a book that brings positive feelings in you.

Playing games is also a good way to avoid anger, it keeps you healthy and able to feel good.

Listen to Music and adopt Meditation-

If you like listening to music, then definitely listen. You can also use meditation to escape anger.

Apart from this, you can do Morning Walk and do Yoga everyday. With all these positive activities, your mind feels fresh and you reduce anger.

Firstly I will like to say angry can destroy what is already good without touching the bad ones..

In fact I'm so impressed with some of the point you give to control anger some of which I can testify to the truth..

However I will say everyone get affended and when we are offended we get angry that is normal but the way we control it is more important..

Because if one is not careful what it takes us 20years to gather,it only takes angry a day to destroy it..

What a wonderful and educative post, In addition to this

Anger did not does a great things in some life, it effect our future, our health and our home negatively.

It effect our future in a way that if you are a angry person, it will be hard to make it in life.

Because no one will want to move closer to you, you won't have a good friend. And everybody have known you as an angry person they won't want to offer you a good thing. Like good job.
because they know you will fight all your co-worker and people will hate you.

Or you have a company, many people will not want with your company and your company will end up destroy.

For angry person, as husband or wife your will be full of pain, disaster.

Angry is not good, we need to run away from it.

Wonderfully this is a very good topic from you and I highly agreed with your take and analysis on this.

Anger on one part is natural and it happens when we get offended in some cases,but I must also say that knowing how to managed the anger period too is very essential and I must say your analysis in this topic has moved me alot to talk more now.

It is very essential us to know that people are meant to step on us,but our ability to manage people at times will help in managing situations,anger can be very damaging if it not well taken care of cause it as brings down lot of people and brings an end to Relationship or intimacy that should have last for ever.
You mentioned some ways or steps if I may say that anger can be managed, definitely those ways are purely right,it is better not to talk with an angry mind than talk and scatter things,our words needs to be watched especially when we are angry,what comes out of our mouth is very important and it can be very damaging or disastrous during an angry moment, moving away from the spot where we get annoyed is essential too just like you mentioned cause it will ease our mind from getting more bad or sad about the incident that leads to the anger.

Also we need to know what makes nus happy,which will can think of during an angry moment to ease your mind and don't forget to always.stay away from negative people cause they have a way of bringing out problem from every solution.

Doing away with every bad habit.is also vital,cause this are things that can increase the level of anger in us and can even make it uncontrollable if care is not taken.

Great topic. Anger is one emotion that can ruin one if not proper controlled. It's not abnormal to be vexed but how we control it is what matters a lot.

Really Great ways to go about controlling this red demon of anger as you shared up there. It indeed in needful to come up with mechanism that works for you when this negative emotion seem to take over.

I have some relationship and friend due to failure to tame the negative energies. This days I know better and would rather keep calm than utter words from that mood. The waiting rule and moving away seem to help me a lot get through this when hit rears it's ugly feeling. Thanks for sharing this detailed post on the subject of anger.
