How to do: A Copper Wire Bike ⌘☟☟☟☟☟☟

This time I will present a bicycle made with the copper wire of an old cable, which instead of throwing it away and creating more environmental pollution, became a fine ornament; very worth giving to someone who loves bicycles and extreme sports on two wheels.

Well friends, with nothing more to say, I leave you the materials and how it was that the aramdo of this bicycle ornament was made, because it is quite functional, because its mechanisms all work, plate, pineapple, bearings, rubber, chain, and steering wheel. Hope you like!

MATERIALS:

Copper wire

Tin and gun for tin.

Tweezers, pliers.

A piece of Cable for the rubbers and the seat.

Sandpaper Nº600

STEP BY STEP :

The first thing is to make a sketch so that you have a mental and physical idea of your design and from there you can start to make all the necessary pieces.

Then start cutting the pieces of wire and go assembling your puzzle, from which you will have your guide, which is the previous drawing (you can name the pieces so that you do not forget how to assemble them).

Once you have all the pieces cut, the assembly process begins.

I first get on the wheels, with sandpaper I clean the parts well before joining with tin.

Then assemble the steering wheel and your turning system; Screw a piece of wire so that you make a cylinder through which the flywheel passes and can rotate freely.

Then I joined the part of the frame of the bicycle, and finished the part where the rear wheel goes, and where the seat goes.

To give you the details, which are what make the difference, with a piece of recycled usb cable, form the rubbers and the seat, (these are the only ones with a bit of glue).

Finally add the stop leg, so that your bike can stop anywhere without having to lean on anything. Sand a little excess Tin, clean and voila, this ornament made with materials that were going to be discarded and further contaminate our environment is finished, but now they are part of my room as a Decorative Ornament.
