No Bake Fruit Tart

This was originally a Easter project of mine but it's so good I decided to make it again!

This is the perfect healthy recipe for on the go. Check out the tips to customize this recipe to your own liking.

Tips:

  • Once the crust stacks together and not to your hand start shaping the base.
  • You can use any fruits you enjoy. For myself I used blueberries and strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups dry oats
  • Greek yogurt as the frosting
  • 2-3 sliced strawberries (or desired fruit)
  • 1 cup blueberries (or desired fruit)
  • Other fruit options that go well: sliced banana, grapes or mandarin oranges

Instructions

  • Place peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15 seconds. Stire together until smooth
  • In a blender, place 1 cup oats and blend till fine (oat flour)
  • Then mix with peanut butter mixture and add in one cup of oats slowly until you get your desired crust consistency.
  • On Parchment paper form crust into any shape you like (example: Easter = egg shape)
  • Add on Greek yogurt and place various fruit on top
    *Optional: place in fridge for 1-2 hours this will help crust become solid

Looking delicious 😋. Nothing ever goes wrong with berries. I love berries especially raspberry and mulberry. Strawberries 🍓 are not problem for me. I think I will definitely try this recipe on my next breakfast preparation. Lots of love ❤. Grow well on hive sister😊.
