Podemos afirmar que estos últimos 5 años y sobretodo el último estamos viviendo un tiempo como "La era dorada del marketing y la publicidad" refiriéndonos sobretodo al concepto de Loyalty (Son los mecanismos para la fidelización de los clientes).

Actualmente las marcas mas vanguardístas se lanzan a crear clubes de fidelización como estrategia para vender mejor y mas, Se enamora al cliente mostrando nuestra mejor versión les tratamos como a un enamorado haciéndoles regalos y una atención personalizada como para atraerlos para siempre.

Luego se produce un casamiento disfrutando cada paso desde la boda, luna de miel y cada día, de esta manera lo que diga el contrato no lo podrá separa la competencia.

Hoy todo esto ha evolucionado, nuestro amado cae rendido ante la seducción de otros, ya cambia la manera en que nos mira ya que otros aparecen en escena y ven como se preocupan, también conectan porque comparten los mismos valores y escuchan mucho mas de lo que hablan, les demuestran al amado mucha mas importancia que lo que nosotros entregábamos habitualmente.

Finalmente llega el divorcio a la puerta, la unión eterna prometida se rompe el amado comienza a descubrir otras cosas, se da cuenta que ya no somos los mismos, ya no no siente la misma seguridad que sentía antes con nosotros, tratamos de retenerlo "como sea" intentamos de todo, lo llenamos de regalos pero desgraciadamente llegamos siempre tarde porque la competencia se adelanta en casi todo y sus ojos como su atención ya de dispone a otras realidades.
