There has been a recent surge Investing in land and housing project as population increases and people desires to live in modern houses with all residential facilities provided.
Besides acquiring crypto currencies, owning a property such as lands or houses for residential or commercial purposes for rent gives you a life time steady income.
The big advantage is, landed properties appreciates as times goes by. You could gain more than a 100% in a year of it's a developing area or on the heart of the city.
Today I visited our ongoing project at one of our site in the neighboring state. It's been three months the project began. We decided to build a storey building at the back of our house there we gave out for rent.
The land was formally for farming but recently it became habitat for snakes, scorpions and the likes, so we started the project.
In my country crypto/Bitcoin hasn't been widely known which had made most investors invest in land and housing project.
Apart from investing in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, investing in landed properties seems to be a great one has the price increases rapidly daily in urban areas.
The rural isn't slowing down either as real estates companies also seem to be opening up those areas by developing it.
If there's is the availability fund, I wouldn't hesitate in investing into it even if it's just for purpose of leasing it out
Real estate is another good form of investment though i find it to be capital intensive

But i feel i will need to have great connections to be able to get deals while offering the real estate brokerage service @awesomeinfo

These days the rural areas are catching up fast as most urban are running outta landed properties
Yeah. Getting scarce by the day. Reason why getting it cheap at the rural seems smart as the development will eventually catch up with time

Investing in housing project is a big deal both in rural and urban centers, it is like a fixed money in the bank, you gain interest every time
