How do you spend your Sunday? A peek into individual's lifestyle(Satire)

Tomorrow is Sunday. For most of us who are bachelors we know the experiences of Sundays.

A day sinners keep holy. I meant, a day most of us become holy. Like, a day we are cleansed of our sins through early morning gospel songs from our phones.

Sundays are days of hunger. Food vendors won't display their signposts.

So food won't be ready. But children of God are never hungry, so we won't be hungry.

We'll just find a friend's house and visit. A generous one o! Not the kind that will say "how far what did you bring?" God forbid!

Remember you've not eaten since morning and you emptied your pockets in exchange for blessings in your church.

Even though you are yawning it's not a sign of hunger. Maybe your body needs a little exercise or something. You're not hungry. You are okay with the 'receive your blessings ' your Pastor gave you.

When you visit that generous friend, he'll offer you food. Pretend like you don't want the food. Like you aren't hungry.

Say things like, 'don't overwork yourself I am okay' Of course you're not hungry. He will insist you eat.

Say things like, 'you see, you dey worry o' then you reluctantly accept ' Oya bring it na'.

When he goes to bring it, if you don't know how to pray in your heart then you will die of hunger. As he goes inside, your prayers should be things like;

'Jehovah Jireh, may he load the food well well'
'May he come with two plates'
'He should not join me, please'

This is because you don't wouldn't want to ask for a second plate. If he looks surprised that you finished the whole food(say garri and soup) alone, tell him the food was too delicious.
