I remember something similar to the inch worm principle from way back in the the old work days. The only two I can really remember are

Don't know what you don't know.
Know what you don't know.

Know what you know is probably in there too. lol.

At any rate I think the inch worm principle is a little more elegant. :)

Excellent tips!

Do you know those people faces for the Inchworm Principle? They are really funny and can be identified easily on someone's nonverbal, facial cues.

I used to play poker also. I remember that at some point, when I was home, without a job, I went to an organized poker night and stood until 9AM to close the table. One guy was so upset that he lost all and ask me for some money back for the cab. I went to the market, bought some food, paid the utility bills and my rent. I was so happy and exhausted.

I'll be reading that book. Thank you for this insight!

Great. I'm sure you will like the book. :)

I don't know what people faces you mean.

Cool poker story.

I don't really play live poker. Online it's all about numbers. I played 4-12 tables at the same time, depending on the strategy and game I played. Just playing one table would be way too slow. And you would have to play pretty high stakes, to earn a decent hourly rate.

Inchworm Principle and the levels of competence have been introduced in NVC, that is Nonverbal Communication. Along with the eyes accessing cues, they have set the Inchworm Principle for observing the mouth movements. I've learned it in 2003 during my first NLP trainings. Then we would have to practice on others and identify the levels by asking them questions about things and no matter what they would say verbally, we would analyze the competence in those topics according to face parameters only, Inchworm Principle being one of them. There are different face illustrations for these principles and I always found them funny.
I'll be looking for the book.

I am playing a new poker game for BTC lately when I have time and want to relax.

Interesting. I never really got into NLP. I don't remember Tendler being into NLP , but it doesn't really surprise me. He definitely gave of the vibe of a NLPer.

I stay away from poker now. It's at the conscious incompetence level for me. I remember the concepts, but I couldn't apply them anymore. I'd probably start learning again, just to move to conscious competence and stop that feeling of knowing how bad you are.

Not a fan of that feeling and I'd rather do other things.

He wasn't. In NLP, models of behavior and cognition are modeled or adapted sometimes in micro or macro strategies. This was the case.

I play for time to time, but not for long.
